Crowned By The Madame is the sole owner of the information that is collected on this site. We do not, and will not sell, or share in any way, any information to any outside parties, except those outlined in this policy. We collect information from the customer(s) to process their order(s). We also use this information to inform the customer(s) about relevant issues regarding their account. We collect information that is relevant to processing orders and other topics related to this. Information that we collect includes, but is not limited to name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and credit/debit card information for your payment. Your contact information is also used to send notification to you regarding your order and promotions.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! By placing your order you agree that you have read the description of each product and our store policies THOROUGHLY.
- I understand all sales are FINAL.
- I understand that Crowned by the Madame is NOT responsible for any incorrect wig measurements taken by me as the customer.
- I understand that I have read the description of the product(s) I am purchasing.
- I understand that there can be no modifications to my order after 24 hours.
- I understand that I WILL NOT file a dispute on my order.
- I understand that Crowned by the Madame has no control over lost or stolen items made by the post office or mailing distributor. Once my order is handed over to the carrier,Crowned by the Madame is no longer liable. I will contact the carrier for any questions or concerns.
- I understand if I am purchasing a wig that I am agreeing to the turnover time listed in the description of the product.
- I understand Crowned by the Madame is not responsible for incorrect address entered by me as the customer.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY
ALL wig orders have a processing time of 7-14 business days, not including holidays. The processing time for all other orders is 4 business days, not including holidays. Shipping for all orders are 2-3 business days, not including holidays. The wait is definitely worth it!
RETURN POLICY
ALL sales are final! No refunds / no exchange unless a mistake on our end. You may contact us via email (crownedbythemadamellc@gmail.com) or direct messenger on Instagram (@crownedbythemadame_) Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
Digital Product Policy
You as the purchaser, are permitted to use the content you purchased, including using it within your business. However, you may not share this content with any third party. Additionally, you may not reproduce or resell the information to any third parties. Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact crownedbythemadamellc@gmail.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
